Project introduction : This project is of a new construction nature, with a general plan of 2×75t/h circulating fluidized bed boilers, a new 1×75t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler and its ancillary facilities in the first phase, and auxiliary function workshops are designed synchronously. Reserve the expansion position of the 1×75t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler in the second phase, and consider the transportation of traditional Chinese medicine waste residue, papermaking waste residue system and external heating pipe network in the second phase. Construction shall be carried out in phases, and expansion interfaces shall be reserved. At present, the annual demand for steam supply is 400,000 tons, and the annual heat supply is 300,000 square meters. A new generation of low-carbon circulating fluidized bed boilers based on multi-fuel, ultra-low furnace, ultra-high energy efficiency, flexibility and intelligence are used to build a 2×75t/h cycle. Fluidized bed steam boiler and its supporting ancillary equipment system, supporting the construction of flue gas treatment system. Construct a comprehensive building and related supporting facilities, lay out an external pipe network, and provide steam for production and central heating for domestic heating for enterprise users in the development zone.
