Scope of work: including the preliminary design and construction drawing design of the project; the procurement, supply, supervision and transportation of engineering equipment and materials (excluding cables and optical fibers); engineering construction and installation; Test run for 24 hours.

Project scale: This project uses the 20t/h steam (2.0MPa, 350℃) of the waste heat boiler of Hefeng Technology's original pre-baked anode project to build a new 1×N4-2.0/350 condensing steam turbine generator set. The project makes full use of the waste heat resources and uses the steam generated by the waste heat boiler to drive the 4MW steam turbine generator set to generate electricity. The project adopts the method of self-generation and self-use, and the surplus electricity is connected to the grid. It is expected that after the normal operation, the annual power generation will reach about 27.1 million kWh, which will greatly reduce the power consumption purchased by the enterprise and bring considerable economic benefits to the enterprise.
