The purpose of the construction of the 300KW photovoltaic power generation training system project of Tangshan Electric Power Training Center is to train the trainees to understand and master the operation and maintenance capabilities of various photovoltaic power plants.
The construction plan basically covers most of the current domestic photovoltaic power generation arrangements, including traditional fixed-tilt ground photovoltaics, roof photovoltaics, carport photovoltaics, flat single-axis and dual-axis tracking photovoltaics, and flexible suspension cable support photovoltaics that simulate water photovoltaics. The photovoltaic panels are made of 540p modules of the well-known domestic brand Trina Solar, and the inverters are made of Huawei and Sungrow products.
After the project is completed, the trainees can learn the operation and operation modes of various photovoltaic power plants in the training center, improve the ability to analyze and deal with emergencies, lay a solid foundation for future work, and contribute to the country's new energy industry.
The project construction location is in the training center campus, divided into 3 areas, the east and west garden photovoltaic areas, and the roof photovoltaic area of the training building.
Two rows of photovoltaic modules with fixed inclination on the ground are arranged on the south side of the East Garden District, arranged according to the optimal inclination angle of 36°. 18 photovoltaic modules form a string of 3 strings in total; equipped with a 50KW string inverter produced by Sungrow, the output Voltage 400V.
In the northwest corner of Donghuayuan District, two sets of flat single-axis tracking photovoltaic power generation systems are arranged. Each set of photovoltaic modules consists of 18 photovoltaic modules to form a string, with a total of 2 strings. It is equipped with a 20KW inverter produced by Huawei with an output voltage of 400V.
In the northeast corner of Donghuayuan District, a flexible suspension cable support simulating water photovoltaics is arranged, with an inclination angle of 15°. 18 photovoltaic modules form a string, a total of 2 strings, and a 20KW inverter produced by Huawei with an output voltage of 400V.
Two photovoltaic carports will be constructed at the original parking lot on the north side of Xihuayuan District. The roof of each carport is arranged with three rows of photovoltaic modules, 18 of which form one string, with a total of four strings, equipped with a 33KW string inverter produced by Sungrow, The output voltage is 400V. Two 2X7KW charging piles are installed under the carport. The south carport adopts double glass components.
Four sets of dual-axis tracking photovoltaic power generation systems are installed on the south side of the West Garden District. Each set is installed with 8 photovoltaic modules, each of which forms a string of 16, with a total of 2 strings, equipped with a 20KW inverter produced by Huawei, with an output voltage of 400V.
There are 4 rows of photovoltaic modules on the west roof of the training building, 18 photovoltaic modules form a string, a total of 6 strings; it is equipped with a 50KW string inverter produced by Sungrow, with an output voltage of 400V. There are 2 rows of photovoltaic modules on the east roof, 18 photovoltaic modules form a string, a total of 2 strings, equipped with a 20KW inverter produced by Huawei, and the output voltage is 400V.
The power distribution cabinet and the grid-connected cabinet are arranged at the southeast corner of the East Garden. The output power of the inverter is connected to the power distribution cabinet after the cables are combined and sent to the power distribution room of the training center.
